That we are going on our honeymoon in Jamaica, it was the longest process ever...we both wanted to go to different places, then after carefully looking on trip advisor, Jamaica seemed to have the best reviews out of any place that we were looking at! We are probably going to stay in Negril, we just have to figure out our resort next, and go see our travel agent!! Woo I am so happy we finally decided where to go!

We were browsing around Canadian Tire tonight....and we found them, I really like them, and the kicker...so does Mark....woohoo!!  Yet another thing checked off the list!

Yup Canadian Tire of all places!

We went with a guy named Chris Hildebrand who owns the company Access Entertainment, I have heard nothing but good things about him! So I am really excited. Another thing checked off the list. It is getting smaller and smaller....

I decided that I really didn't want to pay a whole bunch of money for my flowers...so I took on the challenge myself...and I must say that I am really proud of myself..they turned out better than I could have imagined!  Yet another thing checked off the list!

8 months to the big day!

But I'm not telling...just some stuff I bought today! Can't wait for everyone to see it!

Yup we are ahead of schedule...we have ordered our bands and I started printing off invites..cause I am a geek!!  Might as well get as much done ahead of schedule that I can!!

 

I don't have a picture of the bands..but you can look at my pretty engagment ring...Mark did good!

Oh my goodness...I tell you it will be like nothing you have EVER seen!!!!  It will be a great surprise!!

9 Months today and counting!!

Time for another update!!

This past weekend July 14th, Mark and I got our engagement pictures done, it was a lot of fun. My good friend Val, who is one of my bridesmaids was ever so gracious as to take the pictures for us!  I am so excited to see the finished results, as she is an excellent photographer! I will post pictures when I get them, which should be pretty soon.

Well....I know it's early but the girls and I all got together today and went to order the bridesmaids dresses...so early only because the color that I chose is a trial color, and I didn't want it to not be available in a few months....so we ordered early!! The lady told me that they would be here in December, but I doubt it will be that long! It was a good day, we went to the bridal salon, which the lady so nicely opened up on her day off!! And then we went to lunch/early dinner at Boston Pizza...it was a good time.

 

They sure is pretty aint they!  I does for surely love them butterflies on the sleeves!
